Use glass: it might sound obvious, but it still looks the best. Microscope cover slips are available in a variety of sizes. Do one side at a time: set the cover slips over the window openings, and glue with 50/50 water and white glue, applied with a brush and allowed to wick in. When you break a window (not if...) removal and replacement is easy. <br /> <br />Allan Lees
