[/quote] Again, perhaps the manufacturer or dealer needs to explain why they are charging so much more than the 3% that UP collects as royalties. Assuming for the sake of argument that the wholesale cost of that $100 locomotive is $60, the royalty payment would be $1.80. Someone is pocketing $3.20 above and beyond UP's rightful royalties. Does this indicate price-gouging? Is this of any concern? Wayne
