In all the discussions of this topic over the past year, I've yet to see anyone demonstate in any real tangible way that UP is being harmed by Athearn making a model of a locomotives or freight car with UP markings on it. The only thing UP is protecting is their ability to go through our pockets at the rate of 5 bucks an engine. It's about one thing, and that's GREED gentlemen.
