Hi We talked about setting up the railroad. Now i know my dad and if he does something he does it in a BIG way! He said he is going to go to bunnings and buy 5 4x8 sheets of wood and he will make a big U shaped layout. He also said that if i wanted a 4x8 for my railway he would get me one. I am free to use his railway but i want to try building my own 4x8 from scratch as he wants to for his. We will then probably link them for a total of 6 4x8's! I am going to find a 4x8 plan with minimal track and a yard because i mainly want to focus on scenery and dad mainly wants to focus on trains so together we will make a good team!
