i'm working on a Roundhouse 2 bay covered hopper. i have everything assembled, but it always seems to lean to one side. does anyone have any advice on this?

I experienced the same thing with longer hoppers.I used thin styrene to make a larger washer to go between the truck and the mounting
point on the freight car. This seems to give some stability. This will work if it doesn't affect the height of the coupler adversely.

I use nylon washers from Kaydee. There are two thicknesses. I bought one set of each. One set is red and the other gray. They also make washers out of delrin plastic but I've had bad luck using them as the holes are too small. These will take the slop out of the gap between the trucks and body. On occassion I'll use a tap to help set the screw deeper.
