When you put in your order if possible, have all the product/model #s. Everything is by number with these folks. In the event an item is not in stock have a substitute. Be aware if it's not in stock if they
will back order and if there will be additional shipping charges. In most mail order cases if you return an item there's a 15% restocking fee so be absolutely sure it's what you want.
Defective out of the box such as a loco will generally have to be returned to the manufacturer and
repaired/replaced under the manufacturer terms, plus you eat the return shipping expenses.
Mail order firms are not in the repair business.
