Sean- I think it was a little over 3 weeks, maybe almost closer to a month. I e-mailed back & forth with Russ 2-3 times with a couple questions; he was very prompt in response. I deleted the emails after I sent my money order, and discarded or misplaced the receipt, so I was worried about contacting him or receiving the merchandise. It did come, though- still don't know how to contact him further other than the return address off the package. <br /> OH- the flare kit looks pretty good- not much flash, etc, and good instructions, so I'll try it. But if I want to do another or order the 70M hood kit...??? I'll try the website from time to time. <br />-Mike
