Hi to all the new guys (and gals, if any)!!! This is from another fairly new guy, although I did sign up last year (barely)! <br /> <br />karlp635: I think that what you are thinking of is the "World's Greatest Hobby" DVD. I've heard of it, but have never seen it. Several manufacturers offer track packs to allow you to build the layout in the DVD. The ones I know of are Kato, Bachmann and Atlas. Perhaps there are others. If you want an easy to set up layout, these track packs are pretty neat, since they include all the track needed to build that layout, and they are all roadbed track, if I'm not mistaken. I have the Kato set, which is the most expensive of the ones mentioned, but it is a very high quality product. I would recommend it if it's something you can afford. I can't speak for the other brands, though, since I have not tried them myself. Bachmann supplies the DVD with their pack, if I remember correctly. Kato does not, or at least it wasn't in my package.
