My Athearn SD-9 has a bad grinding sound.

1: Check to see that there is no flash (bits of tabs and stuff leftover from molding) on the driveshafts. If there is, trim it off <br /> <br />2: My GP60 makes that sound when the motor isn't lined up right. Check to make sure both white mounting clips are correctly mounted and that the motor is straight...
