Many people are quite content to use this forum to carry on a conversation about a topic we all have in common and feel no need to carry it elsewhere for a one-on-one private chat. I belong to many different forums on different topics and do not choose to make my email address known on all of them. Mine is public here and I do welcome private messages, but if it became a problem as it has been on occasion elsewhere I would remove it in a heartbeat. I have lots of friends in other settings but I don't feel the need to invite everyone of them to call me at home. It has nothing to do with being a celebrity or being paranoid. Frankly , the last person I'd want to talk to is one who questions my motives and calls me names for not giving them my private contact info. And you're wrong about one thing, not everyone in this group or any other needs to be considered a "friend" though I've become friends with a number of modelers that I've come to know through the forums. There is a difference between being friendly and being a friend. Cordially, Wayne (emails welcome)
