What type of glue should I use?

I use a small dab of "rubber cement" to hold my people in place. That way, if I decide to move them around they come right up and you can rub the cement off and put some new cement on and put them somewhere else. I use it for the brakemen and conductor on my cabooses, station people, passengers, etc. Holds pretty well and doesn't damage the people or the surface they are glued to.
