Pastel chalk weathering and Dull Coat?

I take a shotgun approach. <br />File down the chalk into fine powder. <br />Pour it onto a sheet of paper side to side. <br /> <br />Apply dull coat and before it dries, blow the chalk onto the car, moving the sheet side to side. <br /> <br />Guaranteed, no two cars alike. <br /> <br />Another procedure: Fading the cars using dullcoat and rubbing alcohol. <br />Reversible if you don't like it. <br /> <br />Dullcoat the car, let dry overnight, then hit it with isopropyl. alcohol.
