The F-7 Looks familiar!

I was just able to pick up a copy of the May RMC tonight, it was several weeks late coming to our area this month. I was quite surprised to see in an article on the Pacific Railroad Co. by Dan Cole a cutaway F-7 that looks a lot like mine (page 75)! You may recall I posted a few photos of my version in this thread:

He even wrote "scrap" on the front, and whited out the number on the side like I did! Almost like looking at my model. What goes around comes around I guess, because the inspiration for my model came from someone elses' similar model years ago in RMC.

Bob,
Funny thing - I was one of the awestruck that asked you post some pics of your cutaway F-7. Imagine my surprise easlier this evening when paging through May's RMC I saw what I thought was your model! Well, they say that imitation is the best form of flattery, so go ahead a take a bow!

I have the issue.
Amazing! The locomotive is on page 72. This modeler apparently has been one of your best students! And you didn't know about it!
You may indeed, have started something. I have a feeling we're going to be seeing more "cutaways" in the future. I have two planned.
A salute to you, Bob!
Peace.

I like my Pullman Standards & Budds in Stainless Steel flavors, thank you!"
