Model Railroader Back Issue Needed

Desperately need back issue or copy of the page on which appeared the following: Monthly award winner was either a 2 story grocery store or drug store on the 1st floor & rooms on the 2nd floor. On the left side of the building was a 1 story add on which was a Post Office. It was in an MR issue sometime between 1960 and 1966. That's all I can remember. Help!!!! [e-mail]
