It seems much faster for us, too, Doug. And I'm posting content from 2,000 miles away!

And I can get in with Netscape 4.7 again. A vast improvement.

Now if they would just change it so you could read all the posts on a thread at one time.

YES, YES, YES!!!!!!!!!!!
I made that suggestion eons ago!
It does not seem that much faster to me and I have tried from several different locations. Still have to wait for all the banner stuff to load. I might look at it if I did not think I would see it again later. As it is I always have some other diversion going on while I wait for the part I want to see to load.

Am I missing something here? The forum seems even more slow than before to me. Its taking about ten seconds or more for posts to load up after I click on them.

Ralph,
No, you are not missing anything. You will be told of all the variables that are involved with speed on a computer. As I said in my post, I use several different computers and they all take about the same time, too long! The biggest improvement (IMHO) would be to display more than one post at a time.
