I too own one and for 16 months and run it without traction tires. If you have an authentic /dated bill of sale from a Walthers dealer you will need this for warranty service. <br /> <br />There is no authorizied Rivarossi repair service in the US. Should a defect develop during the first 12 months of ownership, Walthers will exchange with proof of purchase the loco providing they have one on hand. <br /> <br />Did you receive the manual and optional short cab ?
