Although I don't model English rail my fave has to be the Golden Arrow Express - London to Paris - with a big (stop laughing U.S. steam fans, 150 tons is big there) Bulleid Pacific Merchant Navy class. Twice a day as I grew up I ws able to see a light Bulleid pacific express within 100 metres from my house, usually Battle of Britain or West Country class, the locomotives were named but the train wasn't. I also used to go to school on a little 5 carriage push pull usually an 0-6-0 tank, so I have a special fondness there.
