What is the best Glue to use to glue the front and back handrails on.And glue the two piece ditchlight without breaking apart when putting the blub in place.

I just finished assembling my CSX SD70M and I used CA, I used the brand Jet, can't remember which one, it is the one with the blue label. (Sorry, I'm at work and don't have the bottle with me.) The CA did not distort the pain or plastic, except for when I attached the bell to the underside of the frame. For that I would suggest standard model glue. I used CA for the ditch lights and they did not split when I inserted the light bulbs. Good luck! Hope this helps.
