Loan approved--The hunt Begins......

Finally got my loan approved for a new house..Kiss this 2 bedroom apartment goodbuy...heheheh. Now the work begins on hunting a new house with enough room to build my layout. Only drawback is have to scratch the plans I already started. But hey, small price to pay for a (hopefully) bigger layout plan. Well, I guess its back to the drawing board on a new layout design. medic

Congrats medic, and good luck.

I went through that two years ago. It killed me to tear apart the benchwork and subroadbed I had built. But, in return for that, I went from a 27x9 useable space to a 40x14 space. As my wife was checking out floor plans, rooms, etc, I was looking at electrical, plumbing and, of course, the railroad space.

We all have our priorities [:D]
