You might not know this, but Neil Young owns Lionel and has the money to keep it going, but might cut his personal moneies if the judgement had to be paid. The Lionel name will continue and the Judgement will be appealed until all of the legal attempts either fail or the judgement is reduced. I would like for us to stand up for the little guy, and as I stated in my post, it probably will not make any differences, but the email will tell Lionel that we are out here. They probably want to sell more of their O scale and O27 items to our readers.
