Well she is already talking window unit and there is this little heater that looks like something you would see in an old train station she want s to keep with already existing decor which is trains. My layout is already started I was just sharing the space with her car she has been wanting a place that the kids could play and so she decided to just park her car out side. so can leave the drop leaf section of my layout up. Sachse is crammed in between Wylie and Garland I live off of the west side of 78 close enough to hear every KCS freight run through town.
