In the real RR world, railroads run multi-powered units so therefore so do some modelers. <br /> <br />Kato does not make dummy units and should you buy two powered locos there's nothing out of place <br />by having the working lights in both. <br /> <br />You should make sure that you have the proper <br />radius curve to support these babies. <br /> <br />www.katousa.com and click on SD 90. They recommend 22" radius curve. <br /> <br />This 21 oz loco, 11" long was also reviewed in MR Sept 02 and can easily handle 60 cars. <br />It takes several hours to add the 20 superbly detailed pieces and can be easily damaged during the install. <br /> <br />I paid $113.00 including shipping from www.traintrack.net of Oakland Maine. <br /> <br />Happy railroading. <br /> <br />locomotive3@prodigy.net <br />
