Bob, I looked in my March and April 84 MR and nothing was there. It is indeed in the combined March/April 1984 "Model Railroading" under the title "Performance Test #47, the Hallmark N scale GP-7". I thought I might have that issue but no luck. Should be no trouble getting a copy from someone that specializes in back-issues. Currently on eBay is the entire 1984 year of Model Railroading, five issues, at a asking bid of $4.95 for the entire lot.
