[/quote]</p> <p>Garry - German cooking habits have changed dramatically over the last 20 years. Most folks today go for "covenience food", i.e. semi-finished dishes which can be prepared in no time at all. No more lovely roasts, home-made mashed potatoes, Bratwurst, cabbage rolls etc.</p> <p>I am blessed with a wife who still does that old style cooking.</p>
