It contains a list of the more valuable items of my "train stuff", including an estimated sales value. This will help my son, who will have the dear deed to execute my will, to get a feeling of what he can expect to retrieve in money terms from his dad´s life time hobby. It´s not going to be a fortune, but in dire times, it is every penny that counts!</p>
