You've been more patient than anyone should be expected to be. If a business takes your money and fails to deliver in 2 years and stops responding to your attempts to contact them, then they deserve to have a legal complaint filed against them. You may not be the only one victimized in this way. A polite call or email mentioning that a formal complaint will be filed if you do not receive satisfaction usually gets results. If it doesn't, then follow through and file a complaint against this company in Wisconsin. Citizens can file consumer complaints by calling the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection at (608) 224-4960 or in-state at 1-800-422-7128. The State Department of Justice will handle consumer cases that get filed in the courts. Wayne
