Hi folks,
I have a beautiful model of a 1/250 Douglas DC-3 which I would like to hang over my layout. The problem is that it is in the CP Air orange, red and silver livery which is too new for my era. Does anyone know of a decal set with the older Canadian Pacific red stripe livery?
MicroScale doesn't make airplane decals in 1/250 scale.
I was able to find the right decals in 1/200 scale so I ordered a set. Hopefully the difference in size won't be too noticeable.

I'm just a dude with a bad back having a lot of fun with model trains, and finally building a layout!
Dave, would it be possible to scan the ones you are getting, re-scale them and print your own off on a printer? Providing you are not happy with the ones you get.

I won't attempt to do it myself. I will ask Bill Brillinger of Precision Design to do it for me. His prices are quite reasonable and his work is excellent.
