Gotta' have WPF, hoping to see lots-o-pics
My late cousin and I never could agree if our late Gramps Plymouth Fury was a 57' or a 58', but in any case we shared some great memories connected to that car. And IMO Brekina did a good job with their classic Fury.

I see automobiles are a bit of a theme this go around.

I picked up that same red '48 Dodge pickup 3 weeks ago @ Stewart Hobbies. I have the Oxford '46 green DeSoto. That '42 Town & Country woody is a nice one, too.
For me, the Oxford cars are a real bargin for the detailing offered on them.

Keeping with the theme.
A couple of vehicle shots of cars that were found recently.
Finally got the decals in the appropriate color and font to number my C&NW snowplow. With only 2 'X's it going to be hard to letter the rest of my MOW train.
Last picture is the completion of a Soo Line F-7 in a very limited color scheme that was only applied to 3 Soo road diesels. TCP maroon with Floquil yellow for the hand rails. Microscale decals applied one letter at a time.

I agree — licence plates included! Finding drivers for them (or any vehicle) can be a pain, though. I found this Walthers Scenemaster set to be handy. Most of these figures (sans legs) seem to be slightly smaller than 1:87 and can fit into vehicles with little modification:

A few days ago I hadn't anticipated that I'd be in the markert for a pair of the recent Rapido RS-11s but when I made my usual rounds of some online sellers I stumbled across some kind of 'pre- black Friday' sale at an outlet in Maryland.
I had to really be certain what I was seeing. These were priced at more than half-off the usual selling price! Couldn't pass that deal up!

As I recall the same emblem, (I've seen it refered to as the 'Capitol' emblem?) was on the nose of the E8 in the North by Northwest film:

Enjoying all the WPF, especially the automobiles. Liking the Chrysler Woody', Cadillacs and Lincoln.
Kinda' hard to believe that there was a time when new automobiles and trucks were transported in open railcars.
With GM's styling & design departments bringing the Aerotrain to life no wonder the train resembled their automobiles and buses.
