I'm at a loss on how to remove my brass GS-5's cab . I removed all the screws . Sorry is this is a dumb question.
Who made the engine? Can you see the back of the cab?
If you can't get the shell off, can you cut the legs off the crew figures, put a drop of glue on their butts and get the figures in through the windows with a pair of tweezers?

Key imports made the engine. The cab is closed however fully detailed in the interior. I don't believe there is an exploded parts diagram.
For brass steam, the cabs are usually solder to the shell. The only way to access the detailed cab is through the back opening of the cab itself.
