Thanks, Steven! Yes, I am quite happy not to have to stay and sing the eternal song yet. After all, my "Engiadina" layout needs to get finished! The salad you brought along looks not only healthy, but delicious - very Greek, with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, goat´s cheese, yellow and red sweet peppers. Reminds me of a little restaurant we used to go to on our honeymoon trip to the beautiful island of Kos. Some fresh bread and a glass of Δεμέστιχα with it and I am a happy man!
