It is a fully working scale model of the prototype, with the bcylinders being slightly larger, though! Thanks for the kudos, I just came by this manufacturer by chance. Seems to be a new player in the field of live steam locos. Only to wet your appetite - did you see the announcement for the Russian Decapod?
