<p>Bachmann steam, check out the exploded parts diagram on the bachmann website.  It appears from your photo the wheelsets are out of quarter, which is likely the cause of non-running.  Are all of these HO scale?  It also appears that there is some things missing from the 2-8-0, more on that later.</p>
