<p>No intention to hijack this thread, but I am relieved that you take my comment lightly, Sheldon!</p> <p>Just recently, I have found out that I am not enjoying model railroading anymore as much as I did only a couple of years ago. I find it getting too complicated, with all the new materials, technologies and systems, which have made the hobby also a lot more expensive, but that´s not what I am after right now.</p> <p>I think I have to make model railroading simpler, emphasizing more on "play" (gosh, what a bad word, we don´t play, we operate!) than on catching the ultimate realism. Back to where I started from - 53 years ago, I guess.</p>
