That tight curve looks like it could be made better with some minor trackage rework.
Another video that makes me never want sound, but it was an enjoyable one to watch.

Returning to model railroading after 40 years and taking unconscionable liberties with the SP&S, Northern Pacific and Great Northern roads in the '40s and '50s.
I've had to do some minor "butchering" to a couple of Walthers passenger cars, while the few Rapido cars I have make it through everything just fine.
I'm with you on sound. If you could turn it down/off as the train "gets out of sight" would be one thing, but on any layout videos I've watched, you can hear it as the train as it goes around the entire layout.
Some videos are just plain obnoxious when they have a few locos on the track, sitting around, all with the sound on.
None of this is anything like being trackside.
