I want people who I trust and can back up what they say.  Advice from an idiot is worthless</p> <p> </p> <div style="clear:both;"> </div> <p>[/quote]</p> <p>And calling people idiots is counterproductive to our hobby.  If a comment isnt worthwhile or you know it to be incorrect, just say "thanks" and carry on. </p> <p>If someone has a suggestion on how I can improve my modeling, I make note of it, either mentally or on paper.  I later go back and research the info they provided to see if it is accurate.  If its not I disregard, if it is, I evaluate cost to implement the change vs visual or accuracy value added and difficulty/feasability of doing so.  If it matches my goals and is feasible, you might see something change on my modules. </p> <p>You are never too old to learn, and even random strangers can bring up good points. </p>
