ASNI Folded Into North American Rail Corp Allentown Scranton & Northern Industries has announced that North American Rail Corp will take over 51% of ASNI stock, NARC already owns 49% of ASNI and owns 100% of the Mojave Western Railroad, headquarters for the Allentown Scranton & Northern Railroad will move from Allentown, PA to Los Angeles, CA.
