The 55 ton hopper is underweight empty with metal wheels and Sergent couplers, slightly underweight by a couple tenths of an oz, and for whatever reason a live load of coal (WS) you get exactly NMRA specified weight. WS ballast is heavier than coal so you end up with above NMRA weight.</p>
