Been away for a while. Thanks for all the nice comments and interesting observations on design and paint scheme.  I don't know what it is about BL2s but they have been one of my favorite models since I began the hobby again 10 or so years ago.  Perhaps it was because until I bought my first one, I had no idea such a design had been in production.  And my Monon BL2 was the first model I bought.  I had no idea there was such a railroad as well.  I guess the novelty of the new knowledge grabbed me.  I have 7 now and they are my ugly beauties.
