Has anyone ordered from this company. Are the reputable?
Bought once or twice from them, 10+ years ago when they were just an outlet for BLI/PCM, with no problems. Later they added other manufacturers and recently non-train items, accompanied by a name change from Factory Direct Trains to Factory Direct Hobbies. I would have no problem buying from them again.

Redeemed a gift certificate with Factory Direct Hobbies last year, transaction went well with timely delivery of merchandise. Also, recently received from them a pre-ordered Rapdio HO scale tank car, on time and in good order.

I've had good luck with them with several purchases over the years. Sometimes finding very good deals on some items. I believe the place is run by Joe Grubba, the brother of the guy that runs Broadway Limited Imports.

Factory Direct Trains started in 2008 and recently renamed as Factory Direct Hobbies because they've started selling more than just locomotives and rolling stock. I have been purchasing from them since about 2009 and have yet to be disappointed.
Ordered a few items from them, sometimes at very good prices. Five star.

They are competive with Train World discount pricing, and except Pay Pal. I recently pre-ordered an Athearn Genesis 2 MP15 / W LOK Sound at a very good price.
Bayway Terminal
I've ordered two items from them within the past year, both on advanced order. One was a Plymouth switch engine and the other was the recently released WS Built N' Ready structure, Miss Molly's Diner. I was notified by email as soon as they became available and the items were delivered promptly after I made payment. I have no complaints.
