Grivno Scratchbuilt Structure

Need some help. Back some years ago Cody Grivno did an article where he scratchbuilt a General Store that was located somewhere in SW Florida. I beleive it was in the Naples area. It was an older white building. I am trying to locate the issue that the article was in. Any help?

In case anyone wants to take a look at the store, I finally found the darn article. It was actually in How to Build Realistic Layouts 4 and its called Baileys general store by Cody Grivno and is based on a real building in Sanibel Island Fla, somewhat near the Ft Myers.
