They are almost always outdated though. There current "closeouts" and "more closeouts" are dated September 2004. The ads state updated bi-monthly. Not true. I ordered from one of those closeout ads right after it came out and received about 2/3 of my order. You have to call them and have them check stock, and then order right then and there, or by the time you mail or e-mail an order to them, the stock levels have changed. Good deals, just hard to buy.

Standard Hobby supply does not stock BLI locos they are shipped from factory in Virginia,that is why the twelve day wait on shipping. I kinda dought they stock anything from all the bull I had to go through to track down my last order. Although 129 for a M1 is pretty hard to pass up .Terry.

Funny you mentioned this. I just got back into the hobby and last week picked up a Digitrax Zephyr system but I don't have any DCC equipped locos. Just yesterday I stumbled upon their liquidation flyer that had a date fo 9/2004 like you said. I came across an Atlas GP-38 decoder equipped with the Alaska RR road name. I've been searching for Alaska RR road name for the past two months. Anyway, I called them to ask expecting that everything would be gone by now. They had 4 left! I guess it depends on your luck and what is in demand or not. You need to call and inquire. You might get lucky like me.
