Good Evening!

Me again! It´s evening alright! Time sure flies by when you are busy. Busy again? Why, of course! I packed up most of the scenic stuff, as I won´t be needing it in the foreseeable future. I might give a few things to my friend Lothar - the rest will go up into the attic. I need to check if there is anything I can sell up there I dearly want to have another loco, a string of modern Glacier Express cars and maybe a few freight cars to run over my layout. I also hope that Z stuff will sell soon - just to get some of the cash back and to get it out of my head. I know I´ll be losing precious cash on it, but maybe I needed that experience to go back finishing my Swiss layout.

I also put up my fake Grand Central Station clock, which is now happily ticking away the time.
Ulrich, Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiicccceeee!!!!!!! You do incredible work even with your medical issues and difficulties. If I lived near you, I would buy that from you in a second! With the understanding that your start on another immediately....
Ray - thanks again for the kudos. I am quite please with the outcome so far. More details will have to come, but there are only two little things still on order before Christmas - the two typical Swiss train signal bells to be put up in front of the guard´s house and a set of benches. I ordered it from a source in China via Ebay, with the total cost less than any shipping charge from a German source would be! Those 5 benches (nicely detailed ones, but a bit off in the color) cost about $2.50, delivered vs some $ 11 from a German source.

However, I doubt that I will start a new layout once this has been sold. I´ll be putting off the sale for as long as possible, but the layout has to be gone before we move, which will have to be earlier than I thought it would be. We have new tenants next door and they make life in this house, say, not very pleasant.

YGW - continuing [angel] for your father!
