Great work. Shows that you do not need a large layout to have a great layout. Lots of detail in a small area.

There is no such thing as a bad day of railfanning. So many trains, so little time.

Very impressive! I like what you have done with the faux fur for grass, what a great idea! What type of material are you using for the landscaping?

Thanks for sharing,

Really excellent work, very inspiring, and really liked the photos on the website. As was said, you don't have to have a large layout to have a great one. Keep posting new photos to the site as you progress. I ,for one, will look forward to them. Again, excellent job!!

Vey nice, great theme, some excellent imagination involved here, may I mention one word "weathering" To my eye, the eqipment seems a little too pristine, now remember, this is just my comment. Keep the photos coming and glad to see more of this scale emerging.

The grass is faux fur colored with a fabric paint called Dye-na-flow. I cover the preliminaries on my website. I have an article in the pipeline at Railroad Model Craftsman. I was told it should be in the March issue.

"weathering"

Have not got to that point yet. The rolling stock isn't even lettered for the railroad yet. It will be all backdated to the TOC, big stacks and headlights. Most of the weathering will just be road grime. "Over weathering" is one of my pet peeves. Railroader's in earlier eras had pride and depicting a railroad as scrap heap is disservice.
