<p>Austrians are much more relaxed than Germans - especially the people in Vienna. I had an office in Vienna for some years, so I spent at least 2 months a year down there. I remember once asking my Viennese sectretary to send out an urgent fax to headquarters. About half an hour later I asked whether the fax was out and her answer was, of course, no - we are not on the run, aren´t we! Things do go a lot slower there, to which I never really got completely adjusted.</p>
