Has anyone ever ordered from them?  Their website is a little quirky and they don't return phone calls or respond to emails. They show in stock a couple of locomotives that I haven't seen anywhere else. I would like to purchase them but you have to fill out a pdf order form and put your credit card info on it which I am not about to do.  They are not set up to order the traditional way.  Just trying to find out if anyone else has dealt with them and whether or not I am wasting my time?

Google maps shows their address to be the law offices of Blewett Thomas, who graduated college in '77.  Thanks to whoever suggested that in another thread.  That makes him 65 years old.

The website is better than some of the slimey ones, and Mr Thomas may be a train buff, but do you think he has that much stock in that little office?   Is a 65 yo attorney running a mailorder train store?

I ordered from them a couple of times several years ago; I had to leave a phone message, and they called me back a few hours later.  Received what I ordered, it was well-packed, and I considered it a satisfactory experience.

They have not responded to any phone mail messages and I have left several.  Also sent several emails with no response.  This is all over the course of about 10 days.  I have no idea what is going on with them.

Finally got a response from Humming Bird Model Trains.  The owner was very apologetic.  Said they had problems with their phone system.  Still had the items in stock.  I ordered them yesterday and UPS tracking shows I will get them tomorrow.

Just got the order in.  Very nice older model Atlas locos new in the box with decoders. Very good price also.  I would definitely order from them again.

Thanks for the follow up.  I admit I am very suspicious.  Glad you got what you wanted.
