Getting fed up with MRs customer "service"...

<p>I used to see the expiration date of my MR subscription on the banner, but that´s gone now. My June copy of MR has not yet arrived and when I want to inform Customer Service about it, I now have to enter my subscription code, which is printed on the mailing sheet. I doubt that anyone keeps this sheet when unwrapping the copy. My solution was to send a general request to the customer service staff, which was promptly answered.</p> <p>However, I have to agree - whoever programmed this has not wasted a single thought on customer service.</p> <p>MR should do better!</p>
