If I remember correctly, Mr. Kawala simply vanished from the masthead and pages of Model Railroader. The company seems to have a no comment, and certainly no praise, policy regarding departing employees.

I think you would find that most ethical companies don't publicly discuss personnel matters. We continue to enjoy a close and friendly relationship with Dana in his new position at Wm. K. Walthers, and wish him all the best.
