A neighbor dropped off a box of some old Marx 3 rail stuff but in the box was an older MRC transformer. It is a MRC Throttle Pack, Model 3. I am hoping to be able to find a copy of an owner's manual or instructions. List any kind of information so it can be donated to the museum, assuming it works, for them to sell, giveaway or what ever they want. If you would happen to have a copy, a PDF file, anything that could be e-mailed it would be greatly appreciated.

There are several Throttlepack models listed. I do not see a model #3.
Good Luck, Ed
The MRC Throttlepack Model 3 was one of the c.1960's-70s "golden" DC power packs with pulse power...kinda like the common 501 but with a different knob and some had a circuit breaker (kinda like a fuse) on the face. They're selling on ebay for $10-25 range.
