After many failed attempts to get the system to recognize me, I was able to confirm that unless I selected "Keep me logged in", the system recognized my account log in information, but didn't recognize me as a subscriber. I find it amazing that they would fall back on the old "must be your browser" story when, not that long ago, they posted an item in the forums stating they knew they had problems. I still can't get the system to recognize me as a subscriber unless I use the "Keep me logged in" box. I shouldn't have to do that. The reason it's a box that can be checked or unchecked is that it's a choice you should be able to make. You shouldn't have to select it to get their system to do what it should. And, just for the record, I'm using the latest version of Firefox. It's set to clear cache on closing. I also run CCleaner to clear cache and logging out and back in again does nothing.
