Hi guys, in "The Virginian" MRR's 2012 project railroad, they used some long ago discontinued foam flexible rock walls (from ISLE Labs). Im trying to find some for my rendition of the layout. Any suggestions for replacements?
Ive considered using cooch flexible cut rock, but the flatness and how evenly cut the rock wall is on that just doesnt match.
Thanks!
Charles

I have no idea what their present status is but I used Cripplebush Valley Rubber rock walls:

I would call or email to get a status report.
This is one of their stone faces I used here:

You might want to try a different approach and use Bragdon Enterprises casting foam. It's a two part liquid that gets mixed and poured into a mold and results in a very high quality casting, much better than Hydrocal. For large surfaces, the finished casting can be reheated with a hair dryer and it will become flexible and can be shaped. The finished casting can be cut with a knife or scissors, and is very light. You do have to paint the casting, generally a layered approach of acrylic washes.
